For more than six decades, the Pascack Valley Swim Club is a cherished summer spot for families across Bergen County. Nestled on three acres of scenic woodland in Westwood, New Jersey, the club has served as a place where generations of families gather and learn to swim, where true friendships thrive, and lifelong summer traditions are created.. 

What began in the early 1960s as a local swim club has evolved into a vibrant, welcoming community—open to all, regardless of town residency—while still maintaining the close-knit, family-first atmosphere that has defined it from the start.

At Pascack Valley Swim Club, summer is more than just a season—it’s an experience. Members enjoy full days of outdoor fun in a relaxed, friendly setting designed for both recreation and connection.

The club features:

• Two pools, including a large main pool and a dedicated enclosed kiddie pool

• A water slide and diving boards, and dedicated swim lanes

• Sunny and shaded lounging areas, complementary chairs and umbrellas

• Picnic spaces perfect for gatherings and parties

• Activities including water volleyball, basketball, pickleball, arts & crafts etc.

• A playground for younger children

Our Pool club is proud to offer a variety of engaging programs that make each summer active, enriching, and fun:

Summer Swim Camp (July and August)

A popular daytime program for children ages 5+, featuring:

• Daily swim instruction

• Games, themed activities, and arts & crafts

• Structured fun in a safe, supervised setting

Camp provides a perfect blend of learning and play, keeping kids active and engaged all summer long.

Swim Lessons

Designed for all skill levels, swim lessons help children and beginners build confidence and develop essential water safety skills in a supportive environment.

Swim & Dive Team

Young athletes can join a dynamic team experience that includes daily practices, friendly competition, and league meets—building skills, teamwork, and lasting friendships. 

Social Events & Gatherings 

From casual weekend afternoons to special events and parties, the club fosters a vibrant social atmosphere where families and friends come together.
