Swim & Dive Teams

Pascack Valley Swim Club offers a Swim & Dive Team experience for children of all ages and levels, including:

• Daily practice

• Competition against other swim clubs

• League and NJPMA Championships

• Fun for the entire family

Requirements

Swimmers and divers must be members of the swim club between the ages of 5 and 17 as of May 31, 2023. Participants do not have to have any experience to be on the swim team, but must be able to swim at least 25 meters and be confident in deep water. An optional swim clinic will be offered the week before practice begins, in order to allow the kids to brush up on skills.

In order to compete in the New Jersey Pool Managers’ Championship Meets at the end of the season, each swimmer must attend at least two dual meets during the regular season.

Season

Practice begins in late June and continues through the month of July.

Meets

Swim meets will be held on Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings. Dive meets will be held on Tuesday and Friday nights. Some meets will be at our club, others will be held at our competitors’ pools.

Fees

Bonded member fee is $50 per child, capped at $125 per family PER TEAM.
Non-Bonded member fee is $75 per child, capped at $175 per family PER TEAM.

Registration

Click the button below to register your child for the Swim and Dive Teams. Registration fees must be paid by cash OR check made out to “Pascack Valley Swim & Dive Team” for the correct amount . Registration must be completed before the first meet in order to compete.
